Super Skinny Recipes for your Super Bowl Bash

Super Bowl Sunday is only a few days away! You probably know what team you are rooting for, but do you know what snack you are bringing to your game day party? Here are some super skinny super bowl snacks that will please even those non #FitFam football fans! 

Hey Fit Fam ...

I'm not ashamed to admit that I had no idea this weekend was the Super Bowl until my TimeHop reminded me that I was watching the big game this same time in years past. I say "watching" loosely. I usually attend a party just to see my friends, watch the half time show, or just sit at home and use it as an excuse to eat pizza (as if we ever need an excuse for pizza.) I also typically "live tweet" about the commercials. Cause let's face it .. that is why many of us watch! I'm not sure if I'll tweet this year (it's leg day so I make no other commitments, lol) .. but go ahead and give me a follow in case! My twitter handle is @stacymccloud.

Usually I'm a little more on top of things, but this year I didn't even know what teams were playing until a commercial came on the other night. That said .. Yay sports! Go Peyton Manning (because I am from East Tennessee .. and Vols .. and well if you are into "sportsting" ... then you get the entire Peyton cult following and blood runs orange crap.)

I know many of you will be heading out to Super Bowl parties and if you are a trying to stick to your eating healthy resolution (or save your macros for some adult beverages) it can be really hard not attacking the snack table! Seriously though ..what is it about snacks and party food that makes it so hard to stop!! My biggest advice is bring your own modified dishes so that you know you will have something to enjoy without guilt! More macros for ..... BEER!!!! That is what I'm suppose to say .. right? Beer + Football = Sportsing .. lol :)

Anyway ... no beer for me! Not even a Super Bowl party!  I'll be at home on my couch with my husband and dog .. eating some yummy post leg day creation that I am sure I will post on my SnapChat (Stacy McCloud). Maybe I'll make a super bowl snack table for two, lol! After all .. I'm spending all this time posting recipes for you to enjoy ... I should too!
