Feel Good 52 - Week 6

Hey Fit Fam ...

I know I usually post these over the weekend, but my weekend was slammed with what would normally be my to do list for this entire week (Including tons of travel meal prep) because I needed to go out of town to be with my family ((side note on that .. if you all can send up lots of unspoken prayer requests I would appreciate it))

Okay so it's a couple days late .. but you have until SUNDAY to complete it! And of course anytime is better than not doing it at all. That is true for ANY week. If you missed Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 or Week 5 .. just go in and do them as you can and get caught up!

Okay so far we have picked a word of the year, made wellness appointments, wrote a hand written LETTER, and got a FULL night of solid/quality sleep. Ready for the next "challenge" ... here we go.


Write down (at least) 3 things that you are proud of and put the list in your wallet, on your mirror, etc., to remind yourself HOW AWESOME YOU ARE!!!!
