SUPER Sinless Deviled Eggs

Hey Fit Fam ..

Continuing on with more SUPER (skinny) Super Bowl Party food ideas ... let's take the traditional Deviled Egg and make it a little less sinful .. shall we?

The typical Deviled Egg recipe we all know (and no doubt love) uses all the yolks and lots of mayonnaise (my husband thinks Mayo is so gross that he calls this the devils condiment ... lol! Pretty fitting for this recipe I guess, lol.)

A few minor swaps and you will be able to enjoy several - guilt free!

Sinless Deviled Eggs 
((this recipe makes 12. these will be a hit so may want to double or triple it))

INGREDIENTS:
•  12 hardboiled eggs (whites only)
•  2 hardboiled egg yolks
•  ¼ cup hummus (flavor of your choice. you can get really creative here)
•  1-5 Tbsp dill relish (just add this to taste)
•  1 Tbsp yellow mustard
•  ¼ cup finely chopped onion
•  2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
•  ¼ tsp xanthan gum (you can omit this if you don't have it. It thickens it .. that is it)
•  ½ tsp garlic powder
•  salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE:
Cut each boiled egg in half and remove the yolks. You will get rid of all of them .. except two! Put those two hardboiled egg yolks in a small bowl. Mash them up and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined. Spoon mixture into each egg white & sprinkle with some paprika!

Eat Clean. Train Dirty.
