"The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well." *Ralph Waldo Emerson*
Can you believe we are already 17 days into 2016?!?! I have a confession. We just took down our Christmas tree .... today, lol! I find it so depressing to take it down so we always push it back until at least the 2nd or 3rd week of January! But it does feel good when it's done. Everything is back in "order" and in it's place .... ahhhh :)We are now in WEEK THREE of 2016! I hope you have enjoyed this challenge so far. Have you used YOUR WORD yet? I've use mine a couple of times for little things -- when equipment wasn't available at the gym, when I ran out of a food I had already planned on eating for the day, etc. Did you make your WELLNESS CHECK appointment? I decided on an eye exam, dermatology appointment and dental exam. They are scheduled and ready to go before I get busy and forget! Those are the three I thought I would forget ... so those are the ones that I made and now they are set and scheduled!
Now let's move on to WEEK THREE .. shall we? I feel like I'm going to have to use my word a lot this week. It is going to be a SLAMMED week for me and I'll be off my "normal" schedule all week. I am also packing for a vacation .. something that gives me anxiety just typing, lol! But I'm going to MAKE TIME to do this weeks challenge and hope you do too!
So here it is ... our WEEK THREE #FeelGood52 challenge! Don't forget to hashtag, at mention me, comment, etc. I want to know you are all on board!!
WEEK THREE
Write a letter, send a card, a gift with a note, anything HANDWRITTEN and send it to someone you think needs it, someone you haven't talked to in a while, have lost touch with, etc. Not an email .. not a text .. something with your actual HANDWRITING in it, lol!
This #FEELGOOD52 challenge isn't only about making YOU feel better ... over the weeks it may also be about making OTHERS feel good as well! So take some time and think about who you want to send your love to and get it in the snail mail by next Sunday!
Eat Clean. Train Dirty.
