Feel Good 52 - Week Four

Hey Fit Fam ..

I may be on vacation ... but I made a commitment to do this #FeelGood52!! So even if only 10 people seem to be joining me (lol) .. I won't let you guys down!!! This will be a short and sweet blog entry this week ... as I am trying not to be on social media too much while enjoying some R&R (who am I kidding you all know I'll be snapping away) ... anyway .. that said .. are you ready for Week Four?!?!

Hopefully you have your word, made your wellness check and mailed out your handwritten letter/card (weeks 1, 2, and 3) :) So let's move on .... the next time we chat it will be FEBRUARY!!! Eeek!

YOU HAVE MADE IT!!!! If you made any kind of "resolution" or "goal" for 2016 you are just days away from developing a habit! What should you do now (other than stick with it) .. REWARD YOURSELF!! Don't let your reward be some sort of FOOD. Buy yourself something you have been wanting (or if you don't have the funds put a little money aside so you can buy it later), book a facial or massage, buy some sort of new fitness/kitchen gadget that will help you in the next phase of your goal, take 2 hours of YOU time with no phone, no kids, etc. Whatever YOU feel like is a good REWARD ... DO IT, BOOK IT or START SAVING FOR IT!!! You have until Sunday ... so take the week to think about it or if you know .. then get on it! YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!!
