Tilapia Tacos

Hey Fit Fam,

Thankfully I've never had a coach that puts me on the dreaded "Tilapia and Asparagus" diet. Why? Because A - I don't understand it and it's totally unnecessary and B - I am not a huge fan of Tilapia!! I'm not a huge fan of fish in general actually ... but I eat it cause it's a nice mix up and very good for you! I can eat Tilapia and enjoy it ... it's all in HOW I make it! I have to get creative!

I came up with this little dish for one of my meals last week! Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS (Measurements would just be what fit your individual needs) 
* Tilapia (I used frozen and thawed in cold water in sink)
* Ultra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas (Use whatever you want if you don't to do corn)
* Low sodium black beans (I don't limit sodium. I just prefer low sodium cause of how much seasoning I use to make the Tilapia taste better)
* Flavor God Everything or Everything Spicy Seasoning
* Cubed Avocado
* Either Trader Joes Guacamole Salsa OR Wholly Guacamole Pico Guac.
* Salsa (I use trader joes salsa verde)

I eat this with a side of my Apple Cider Vinegar Slaw :)  I also sometimes add in some rice if I need more carbs! Another great option if you can't have the Corn Tortillas is to just do the tilapia, black beans or rice and some sweet onion. Stir it all up in a skillet and serve with guac and salsa! NOT as filling but still yummy!
