I hear so many people say they get so "sick" of eating egg whites. Especially those that are on contest prep. But the way you season them really does make a difference.
There are so many ways to make "sweet eggs". One really easy way is to just but Muscle Egg Flavored egg whites. But they do have some carbs. So if you are trying to save your carbs for other foods ... you can make your own sweet eggs!
Here are some options!
Egg Whites + Walden Farms Maple Syrup + Stevia
Egg Whites + Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup + Stevia
Egg Whites + PB2
Egg Whites + Cinnamon + Stevia
Egg Whites + flavored extracts + Stevia
Egg Whites + a few grams of protein powder + Stevia
I think you get the idea! Just make your egg whites on the stove and add in whatever you want toward the end. Boom .. sweet eggs :) Trust me .. they are DELISH!
