#PrepWithPurpose -- Day Twenty-Three: Rebecca Talbot

Hey Friends,

It's getting so close!! It's SHOW WEEK! I am trying to get my to-do list done and everything packed, prepped and ready to fly to Newark on Wednesday! Had coach check ins and he says I am on ready and track - yay!

I did my FINAL field HIIT sprints yesterday and pushed and pushed all for Chelsea. I hope she felt the love! I also had my LAST lower body workout! So she got "lifted for" twice yesterday!

Today I am lifting up and for a single mom that really needs our prayers.

Prep With Purpose -- Day Twenty-Three: Rebecca Talbot



My sweet friend Danielle sent me today's person. I don't know much about her story except that she had a ruptured brain aneurysm and doctors had to put a coil in the artery of the aneurysm. The coil came unraveled and she had to have ANOTHER surgery where they actually had to open up her head to repair the coil. So she has had TWO major brain surgeries. On top of this .. she is a hard working single mom of three girls. 

Rebecca could use some lifting up for continued healing and strength. With every final rep I do for my last full upper body workout before Team U -- I will be reminded how anything can change. My health could be here one moment and I could be like Rebecca and going under the knife the next.

Today I will be grateful that I am able to be physical. Rebecca .. today's lift is for YOU and your sweet girls who are fighting along side you!
