This is really good #FitTip for any height .... but especially my fellow shorties!
I often use a dumbbell for some of my squatting ... but the dumbbell is essentially the length of my quad .. haha .. so because of that I can't really go into a proper deep squat without the dumbbell hitting the floor first. I get crazy stares when I do this ... but it works ;)
Just pull two benches together .. stand on them .. squat and feel the burn .... #Boom ;)
